Space
For everyone's comfort, the house accommodates a maximum of 10 adults and 3 children on mattresses on the floor to share the room with the adults. Please note that the rental price changes according to the number of guests. Please ensure you provide the exact number, otherwise there will be an additional charge for extra guests!
All rooms have air conditioning!
The house is divided as follows:
• Ground floor: living room with TV, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, barbecue area with toilet, backyard and covered garage for 2 cars plus space for 2 more cars behind. Please do not use the backyard for parking vehicles.
• 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and balconies, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom with washing machine.
• 2nd floor: 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 covered balcony.
Note: 2 extra double mattresses. We suggest using these mattresses for children, sharing rooms with adults.
Items provided: 1 set of sheets for each bed, 3 pillows for each room, 1 blanket for each bed, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 bath towel for each guest.
Since the house has a washing machine, guests can wash bed linens and towels as needed. Bed linens and towels will not be changed during the stay.
If guests do not need to use our bath towels or bed linens, a discount (to be agreed upon) can be applied to the cleaning fee.
Other observations
The beach house was built by the owner over 30 years ago. Renovations, maintenance, and improvements are carried out regularly.
The house is used by the family during vacations and rented out when not in use. It's located on a quiet dead-end street with many residents.
We ask that you respect the quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- No parties allowed in the house!
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless authorized by the owners!
Beach chairs are available for guests to use free of charge. Please be careful with your belongings!
- Beach umbrellas can be rented!
