The space
For everyone's comfort, the house accommodates a maximum of 10 adults and 3 children on floor mattresses to share the room with the adults. Please note that the rental price varies depending on the number of guests. Please ensure you enter the exact number, otherwise you will be charged for the extra guests!
All rooms have air conditioning!
The house has the following division:
• Ground floor: living room with TV, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, barbecue area with powder room, backyard and covered garage for 2 cars and 2 more cars in the back. Please do not use the backyard for parking vehicles.
• 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed and balcony, 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom with washing machine.
• 2nd floor: 1 toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 trundle bed, 1 covered balcony.
Note: 1 single mattress and 1 extra double mattress. We recommend children sharing rooms with adults using these mattresses.
Items provided: 1 set of sheets for each bed, 3 pillows for each room, 1 blanket for each bed, 2 face towels per bathroom and 1 body towel for each guest.
Since the house has a washing machine, guests can wash their bed linens and towels as needed. There will be no bed linen or bath linen changes during their stay.
If guests do not need to use our bath towels or sheets, a discount (to be agreed) on the cleaning fee can be offered.
Other observations
- The beach house was built by the owner over 30 years ago. Renovations, maintenance, and improvements are carried out regularly.
- The house is used by the family during vacations and rented out when not in use. It's located on a quiet, cul-de-sac with many residents.
- We ask that you respect the quiet hours, from 10 pm to 8 am.
- No parties allowed in the house!
- Animals are not allowed on the premises of the house, except with the owners' authorization!
- Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests to use free of charge. Please be careful with your belongings!
