On the lower level of the duplex, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and wardrobes, 1 bathroom, and a very spacious living room with a sofa and TV.
Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe, 1 bathroom, a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen containing a 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, blender, microwave, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, a table with 6 chairs, a TV and a sofa.
Laundry room, balcony with fully equipped barbecue grill, and another balcony with a table for breakfast or a table for games.
