This is one of the loft units we rent, newly built, brand new and comfortable. They are located on the upper floor of the building, which is on the same property as the owner's house. A very safe and quiet location!
The loft features:
• Parking (*not recommended for pickup trucks)
• Balcony with mountain views and hammock
• Air conditioning

• Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, sink, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and various utensils)
• Standard double bed in super comfortable solid wood
• Outdoor shower
Bed linen and towels provided.
20 m2 loft, brand new, with high-end finishes. Large window and balcony with mountain views. Includes a hammock, table and chairs. Porcelain tile flooring and glass shower enclosures in the bathrooms.
Excellent location for those who want to enjoy the beaches on the east side of the island, especially Joaquina Beach (1.6 km), Mole Beach (2.1 km), Lagoa da Conceição (1 km) and Barra da Lagoa (4 km), thus avoiding the heavy traffic coming from the city center.
We are located 3.6km from the center of Lagoa da Conceição.
There are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby.

The place is very peaceful, located on a dead-end street with almost no traffic. A lovely night's sleep, super quiet, waking up to the sound of birds.
If you'd like to try sandboarding, we offer a rental service on-site, and guests can easily walk to the dunes.
In terms of nightlife, we are located 950 meters from Bar do Boni (a famous local bar), and the center of Lagoa da Conceição is 3.6 km away, full of options for going out, partying, or simply having an açaí bowl in the late afternoon.
