This is one of the Loft units we rent, newly built, super new, and comfortable. It's located on the top floor of the building, which sits on the same property as the owner's house. It's a super safe and quiet place!
The loft has:
• Parking (*not recommended for pickup trucks)
• Balcony with mountain views and hammock
• Air conditioning
• WiFi
• Fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, sink, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and various utensils)
• Super comfortable standard double bed in solid wood
• Outdoor shower
• Bed linen and towels provided
New 20 m2 loft with high-end finishes. Large window and balcony with mountain views. Includes a hammock, table, and chairs. Porcelain tile flooring, and glass-enclosed bathrooms.
An excellent location for those who want to enjoy the beaches on the east side of the island, especially Joaquina beach (1.6 km), Praia Mole (2.1 km), Lagoa da Conceição (1 km) and Barra da Lagoa (4 km), thus avoiding the heavy traffic of those coming from the center.
We are located 3.6km from the center of Lagoa da Conceição.
There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby.

The place is very quiet, located on a dead-end street with almost no traffic. A wonderful night's sleep, super quiet, waking to the sound of birds.
If you feel like sandboarding, we offer on-site rentals, and you can easily walk to the dunes.
In terms of nightlife, we are located 950 meters from Bar do Boni (a famous local bar) and the center of Lagoa da Conceição is 3.6 km away, full of options for going out, partying or simply enjoying an açaí in the late afternoon.
