Integrated living and dining rooms and kitchen. Smart TV in the living room and bedrooms. 600Mb wireless internet. Fitted kitchen with coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, multi-door refrigerator, 5-burner cooktop. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Barbecue area with cooktop and mini-fridge integrated with the pool and garden.

The house is fully available for the exclusive use of the guests listed in the request.
We accept small pets for an additional fee.
Entry and/or stay in the house is not permitted for individuals not listed in the reservation request.
Upon, the host will request the names and IDs of all guests.
Space
The house is very airy and fully furnished. We provide bed linens, table linens, bath towels, beach/pool chairs and towels. We also provide a skewer and grill for the barbecue.
For convenience and relaxation, the property has an electronic security system and 24-hour monitoring by the specialized company Khronos, when activated by the guest.
Other observations
The house comfortably accommodates 8 guests. However, we can provide up to 2 extra mattresses upon request. In bedroom 3, we have 2 single beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed.
Guest access
The pool has both solar and electric heating. The electric heating system is activated on demand and incurs an additional fee.
The house is fully available for the exclusive use of the guests listed in the request.
Ricardo and Anderson are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and garden. The service is performed twice a week, usually in the morning.
