The house is very well ventilated, with ample indoor and outdoor space, featuring an excellent living room, part of which has a table for card games, a dining room next to an excellent gourmet area with a barbecue and wood-fired oven, integrated with the veranda, with tables, chairs and a hammock for relaxing. On the lower level of the house there is a living room, dining room, powder room, kitchen, maid's quarters, bathroom, and service area. A veranda provides access to the pool area, which has an excellent lawn around it ideal for playing soccer and a deck with 2 tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols, and best of all, right next to the beach. In front of the house is a garden with various types of flowers. Upstairs there are 3 suites with balconies overlooking the sea, 1 bedroom, and a shared bathroom.
The property comfortably accommodates 15 people, ideal for large families seeking comfort and entertainment on the beach and by the oceanfront pool. Located 800 m from Lagoinha beach and 1 km from Ponta das Canas beach (source: Google Maps).
