- Apartment with side balcony with sea view. Foot in the sand that separates the sea by a small trail in preserved vegetation.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Located in the prime area of Campeche, a well-planned place with distinctive houses and buildings. Wide, tree-lined streets with little traffic. One of the most sought after places for those looking for quality of life and direct contact with nature.
NOVO CAMPECHE: Imagine a place facing the sea, surrounded by preserved nature, where children climb trees and learn to ride a bike in the quiet streets. Where you can walk, run, surf, sail, all close to everything you need.
BEACH: The beautiful Praia do Campeche has thick seas and crystalline waters, ideal for bathing, surfing and kitesurfing. Facing the paradisiacal Ilha do Campeche, generating a breathtaking view for those who sit in front of the sea.
CAMPECHE ISLAND: With transparent water, it looks like a piece of the Caribbean in the middle of Magic Island. The place is excellent for diving or to take the family.
The island is reached by boat from Praia da Armação. On calm sea days, on Campeche beach, motorized boats also make the crossing.
It does not allow events and parties.
OBS.: In addition to the rental value, a single cleaning fee is charged: R$ 200.00.
