On Avenida dos Búzios, just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Open Shopping, we offer this incredible duplex house with 5 suites, jacuzzi, swimming pool and everything you need to spend a comfortable season with family or a group of friends in Jurerê Internacional.

Space
Our house is the ideal place to spend a comfortable and safe leisure time in Jurerê Internacional. We have prepared our house with great care and attention to provide the best experience for our guests and make them quickly feel at home. Located on Avenida dos Búzios, the house is just a 5-minute walk from Open Shopping, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and supermarkets. The famous Café De La Musique is also less than a 5-minute walk away.

The house is spacious, has 5 suites, and provides a very exclusive experience for our guests. On the first floor, we have a beautiful, fully decorated living room. The room has a 5-seater dining table, a television, 2 sofas, and armchairs to relax before or after the beach.

The kitchen is American-style and open to the living room. It is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals throughout the day, including a refrigerator, a four-burner stove with oven, a dishwasher, and a counter with high chairs, among other amenities.

Also on the first floor, we have a barbecue area with a sink and a small table for 3 people, which offers a view and direct access to our pool area.

The house has 5 suites in total, including a master suite. On the first floor there are 2 suites, the master suite with a double bed, jacuzzi, walk-in closet and split air conditioning, and another with a single bed and portable air conditioning. On the second floor, there are 3 suites, all with double beds and split air conditioning.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have been carefully decorated to provide maximum comfort for our guests. All bathrooms are new and always spotlessly clean. Towels and bed linen are of exceptional quality and are also provided by us. If the group or family has more than 9 people, we can provide 6 extra mattresses that can be used in the living room to accommodate 6 more people in the house.
