House for vacation rental in Florianopolis
Located on the main avenue of Jurerê Internacional and two blocks from the beach.
Completely new pool area, 14-jet whirlpool. It also has a heating system, at an additional cost.
Master suite with bathtub and entertainment area.
Lease contract is signed.
Respect for the law of silence and the neighborhood is required.
- The space
Large living room, high ceilings, integration with kitchen and completely new outdoor area, swimming pool with seats and 14 hydromassage jets. Heating available at an additional cost.
Daily cleaning, breakfast and kitchen services can be provided according to demand, please inform your needs for planning and additional budget.
Entertainment area with acoustic treatment, cinema with projection on a 3 meter wide screen (150 inches) and integrated sound system.
There are 10 bedrooms, originally 5 suites, with three bedrooms built in the lower area of the property and one on the second floor, generating the following configuration:
- master suite with king bed and bathtub.
- suite with king bed and single sofa bed.
- suite with king bed.
- suite with queen bed.
- suite with double bed.
- bedroom with king bed.
- bedroom with king bed.
- bedroom with double bed and three single beds.
- bedroom with double bed.
- dependence with double bed.
All bedrooms have individual air conditioning.
In total there are 8 SmartTVs distributed between bedrooms and common areas, 75 inches in the living room and another 7 of them 58 inches.
Bed and bath linens are provided for all guests/dorms.
A new Spa area will soon be available, with a jacuzzi, sauna and additional bathing area. (We will inform you as soon as the area is renovated and made available).
