All windows have mosquito nets and safety nets.
IMPORTANT:
- For check-in after 8pm there is an additional convenience fee of R$50 until 10pm and R$100 after 10pm.
- The building has an elevator.
- Condominium rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility.
- Changes of bed linen and towels and extra cleaning are paid separately, as requested by Hoteislab.
