the house on the ground floor has 3 double bedrooms (one is a suite) and 1 bedroom with two single beds
on the first floor there is 1 one-bedroom apartment (out of season) and 2 apartments from Dec to March

*The pool heating is solar, it is not electric or gas, however, when you don't have good sunny days, the pool will not heat up!
IMPORTANT:
Don't forget to add all the people who will come because the value varies according to the number of people!!!
For rentals of up to 8 people, only the single storey house will be enabled
For leases of up to 10 people an apartment will be enabled
For rentals of up to 14 people, 2 extra apartments will be available.
We only accept families, we do not accept groups of young people, if the guests are only young people, the owners reserve the right of admission.
IMPORTANT:
- For check-ins after 8 pm, there is an additional charge of R$50 until 10 pm and R$100 after 10 pm
- Bed and bath linen and extra cleaning are paid separately, as requested by Hoteislab.
- Forbidden the entry of more people than allowed by the house.
