The apartment has two suites, both equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, an open-plan living area containing a full kitchen, TV room and dining room, a powder room, a balcony with a barbecue, and a covered garage for one car.
The beach is extremely clean, holds the international Blue Flag certification (environmental quality seal for beaches and marinas), with waves on the right side suitable for surfing, and calm sea on the left side, ideal for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or even diving to observe the local marine life.
For the more adventurous, the beach also has two trails: one on the right side, passing along the rocky coast and leading to the pierced rock, and another on the left side, passing through the dense forest, which leads to the Four Islands Rock, one of the few spots in the city where you can see Bombinhas beach and Quatro Ilhas at the same time – a truly breathtaking view.
