Each suite has independent and private use, with capacity for a couple and up to two children, with a shared kitchen and barbecue available.
The suites feature a double bed, a single pull-out bed, and a mattress, air conditioning, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a microwave, an electric kettle, a bidet, and a work desk. They also have a wardrobe and a private bathroom, as well as a powder room on the ground floor.
We offer two suites with a covered outdoor balcony and hammock, and for the other two, a covered area is available on the ground floor for hammock use.
Ministro Victor Konder International Airport is 46 km away and Hercílio Luz International Airport is 86 km away, and the property offers a paid shuttle service.
We strive to create a space where visitors feel at home, providing a period of comfort and peace in a well-equipped environment.
The following items are offered upon prior request at no additional cost:
1. Simple breakfast, with the following basic items: milk, coffee, Nescau, bread, margarine, sweets and fruit.
2. Beach accessory kit: 2 chairs, umbrella, cooler and table cart.
If there is a need for any household item that is not available, it will be provided as soon as possible.
The house features bird motifs, and the suites are named after the surrounding streets of the Bombas neighborhood. There are several small houses frequented by birds, where they nest. We also created a space with a water fountain and waterfall to enjoy the sounds of this beautiful natural element. We are 750 meters from Bombas beach, close to Koch and Santa Lurdes supermarkets and other commercial establishments such as bakeries, pharmacies, and bars, as well as the 24-hour emergency care center, making it one of the best residential areas. The property offers a designated parking space for each visitor and is fenced and monitored by security cameras.

I am from Bagé / RS, where I was born in 1957. I attended the Training Course for Officers of the Military Brigade / RS, currently being a reservist, in addition to training in a bachelor's degree in legal sciences, by FURG / RS.
