• It is necessary to bring a trousseau. We do not provide bed linens, towels, or table linens. • Beach items (chairs and umbrellas) are not provided.
• When purchasing a lodging package, the contract holder agrees to pay R$300.00 in cash upon arrival, as a guarantee for any damage caused to the property (security deposit).
• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all trash from the property and arrange kitchen dishes, pillows, and remote controls in plain view will result in the total loss of the security deposit. • If everything is in order after the arrival inspection, the deposit will be refunded in cash at the time of the exit inspection.
