• Beach items (chair and umbrella) are not provided
• When purchasing a lodging package, the contract holder agrees to pay R$300.00 in cash upon arrival, as a guarantee for any damage caused to the property (security deposit).
• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all trash from the property, organize kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in view will result in the total loss of the deposit.
• If everything is in accordance with the arrival inspection, the amount will be returned in cash at the time of the property's departure inspection.
