**ATTENTION: WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINEN: BED, TABLE AND BATH**
IMPORTANT: Please read our policy carefully, which covers: cancellation, changes to your reservation, payment terms, early departure, inspections, check-in and check-out times, damages, security deposit amount, condominium requirements, and other important information.
• You must bring a layette. We do not provide bed linen, table linen, or towels.
• Beach items (chair and umbrella) are not provided
• When purchasing a lodging package, the contract holder agrees to pay R$300.00 in cash upon arrival, as a guarantee for any damage caused to the property (security deposit).
• For the exit inspection, failure to remove all trash from the property, organize kitchen crockery, pillows and remote controls in plain view will result in the total loss of the deposit.
• If everything is in accordance with the arrival inspection, the amount will be returned in cash at the time of the property's departure inspection.

> ENTRY: Opening hours: 2pm to 6pm (After 6pm there is a fee of R$100.00)
> DEPARTURE: From 8am to 10am (Before 8am there is a fee of R$100.00).
