There are 2 balconies: a gourmet balcony with a gas grill + a balcony off the bedrooms with a hammock for relaxing, always with plenty of privacy and the special contrast between the sea and the green area of the hill.
This condominium complex is one of the few in Balneário Camboriú that allows seasonal guests to use the leisure areas (swimming pool, gym, playroom, and games room), according to the building's rules. Important: it is a residential condominium (not a hotel), without breakfast and without hotel services; there is a self-service mini-market.

LAYETTE
Included in the package: bed linens + 2 face towels + 2 bath mats + 2 dish towels (for 2 bathrooms).
Bath towels: available for a flat fee of R$ 15.00 per towel.
ACCESS, GATEHOUSE AND REGISTRATION (VERY IMPORTANT)
Check-in (arrival at the apartment): 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. According to condominium regulations for vacation rentals, check-in is not permitted after 9:00 PM. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, check-in will only be possible the following day.
Registration required at least 3 days in advance: full name + official photo ID + photo for facial recognition (all guests). Without registration within the deadline, the concierge may restrict/deny access. Building policy: we have no authority to be flexible.
Essential Rules
Only families and couples over 30 years old.
I do not rent to groups of men/young people and parties/loud music are not allowed. (camera in the apartment entrance hall)
Silence: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Pets: 1 small dog allowed (no cats). No dogs allowed on sofas/beds; messes/damage will be charged.
Garage: Please provide model and license plate number in advance; remote control/tag must be returned...
