If you are looking for comfort, warmth and privacy, this is the perfect place for your rest in the mountains!Our house is located next to (but right next to!) the Lago Negro, postcard of our city!
We have just completed a complete renovation and redecorated each room with the best experience for our guests.
Our accommodations are arranged like this:
Ground floor:
Living in two environments: living room with fireplace, dining table for 8 people, hot and cold air conditioning and SmartTV 50';
Full kitchen, with barbecue and dining table for 6 people;
toilet;
Balcony overlooking Lago Negro, integrated into a beautiful garden;
Bedroom with double bed, auxiliary bed and hot and cold air conditioning;
Social bathroom (electric shower);
"Dependance" dormitory with a double bed (this environment does not have air conditioning or window);
Second floor:
Living/TV room with 50' SmartTV, hot and cold air conditioning and balcony overlooking Lago Negro;
Suite with Queen Size bed, two auxiliary beds, SmartTV 50', hot and cold air conditioning, closet and complete bathroom, with hydromassage bath;
Bedroom with Queen Size bed, two auxiliary beds, SmartTV 50', hot and cold air conditioning and closet;
Bedroom with Queen Size bed, two auxiliary beds, 50' SmartTV and hot and cold air conditioning;
Social bathroom;
Our house has hot and cold air conditioning in all mentioned environments. There is no heating.
