Broken or damaged utensils, we ask that you notify us in advance so that we can replace them for the next customer and analyze the additional cost;

• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am;
• Use the correct garage or parking space, parking in another box/space is not allowed; subject to condominium fine;
• Dispose of your garbage and residues in the indicated places and correctly. Do not leave your garbage anywhere in the condominium;
