The House accommodates up to Fifteen (15) Guests, and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

📋 Usage fee: The courts available for guest use belong to another property. Access to the courts is through a separate rental, they cost from R$50.00 per hour and scheduling is via the Tennis Beach Tennis Cotovelo scheduling app, which you can find on the App Store or Google Play.
72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).
