The 600m2 House on Graçandu Beach accommodates up to Twenty-One (21) guests, and also offers an excellent structure with Swimming Pool, Wi-Fi, Parking, Garden, Air conditioning, Wood Oven, Games Room, Barbecue, View to the Ocean and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
It is worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:
📋The house includes night security on the street corner, shared with the neighboring house;
📋 Cleaning Fee: Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the time of : R$ 650.00 (Six hundred and fifty reais);
📋 Security Deposit Fee: R$ 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;
📋Energy fee: R$ 150.00 per day in energy consumed in the unit. Energy consumed during the stay is charged outside the total value of the reservation.
72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and parking space (when space is available).
