• Check-in from 2 PM and check-out until 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;
• Bed linens are not changed during your stay. The linens include one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dish towels and floor cloths. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• The house includes caretaker, housekeeper, and cleaning services. The caretaker can purchase drinks and food and also handle all food and beverage preparation (cocktails, etc.). These extra services are optional, and the cost must be agreed upon separately.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Security deposit: R$ 5,000.00, which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before check-in, via bank transfer;
