It has five bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The house has Wi-Fi (suitable for home office work), four bathrooms, including the suite, all renovated and with Blindex Box. All rooms have a double bed, two of which also have single beds, two of them, in addition to the suite, have air conditioning, two extra double mattresses and two single mattresses. All rooms have a working ceiling fan (they only turn on at low speed). The suite has a new 32-inch television with open channels, split air conditioning and a minibar. In the upstairs room there is a 32-inch flat screen TV with movie and game channels, a two-seater fabric sofa, a three-seater leather sofa, two chairs, a functioning ceiling fan and the Internet. In the room downstairs, two armchairs, a two-seater sofa in new leather, a 32-inch flat screen TV with digital antenna (open channels), a ceiling fan and a wall fan. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, a gas cylinder in use, a mirrored microwave, a blender, a lunch box, a mixer, a coffee maker, a thermos, two double-door refrigerators (both new), a freezer and utensils: glass plates, acrylic and plastic cups, cutlery, pans, basins and forms for use.
In the area next to the kitchen, there are 8 chairs of different colors, a tank, an electric water fountain with 1 gallon of water. In the pump room there is a full gas cylinder as a reserve and 2 empty gallons of water. Backyard with space for up to six cars, swimming pool, barbecue, Ping Pong table. The entire house is painted gray on the outside and suede on the inside.
