The house is very fresh, clear and silent. You will enjoy it all to yourself. A peace! Also very airy. A wonderful environment for you who want to rest or even work. Everything is very simple, but everything is clean and smelling good. If that's the intention, you'll be happy!

There is a gourmet space with barbecue and sink, it also has a complete bathroom and an external shower. A private pool with removable deck that brings safety for children and pets.
At the bottom of the house we have the living room integrated with the kitchen with a side table and all the necessary utensils, the living room where there is a 42-inch TV, and a dining table with 6 chairs, it has a toilet, dining area service and a small outdoor area, the house's suite is on the bottom floor with a closet with a wardrobe and mirror, a double bed, a home office space with a ceiling fan. Upstairs we have two bedrooms, one of which is very spacious with a closet, a double bed, a single bed and a 42-inch smart TV, the other has a double bed and a closet, both have air conditioning, a bathroom serving both bedrooms. and a small balcony.
We have an electronic gate that brings us agility when entering and leaving, and the house has a high wall and is surrounded by an active electric fence. We have a cistern, so we don't have a problem with a lack of water, our street is paved and very quiet, we don't hear the movement of cars or motorcycles, very occasionally you hear it.

A casa Alecrim é ainda mais bonita pessoalmente que no anúncio. A limpeza é impecável, camas confortáveis, chuveiros ótimos, toalhas e roupas de cama extremamente limpas, possui todos os utensílios necessários pra uma estadia confortável e sem imprevistos. Amamos a proteção da piscina que se transforma num deck quando fecha, para quem tem crianças é um detalhe que faz toda a diferença. A Jeane também é uma anfitriã extremamente atenciosa e solicita. Nós fomos muito bem recebidos e ela atendeu com muito carinho as nossas solicitações. Foi tudo perfeito!!!! Esperamos voltar outras vezes!!!
