Surrounded by greenery, this beautiful luxury beach house has its own private beach, a pier, helipad, a magnificent swimming pool and jacuzzi.It is located in Condomínio Itaóca, about 120km from Rio and with easy access to a stunning beach with beautiful scenery. The residence has the capacity to receive up to 18 guests in 8 suites (which consist of 3 king beds, 2 double beds and 8 single beds).
All rooms have their own balcony, great view of the beach or the garden, with blackout curtains, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Facilities include TV room with Sky, sound system throughout the house, dining room and bar. It also has Wi-Fi, gym, pool table, boathouse, stand-up paddle, barbecue area, modern kitchen and laundry.
Access can be done by motor boat, if desired.

Homemade: R $ 150 to 200 per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: R $ 150 to 200 per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): R $ 200 to 300 per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): R $ 150 to 200 per day. Assists the cook.
