Best cost-effective location, as you don't need a car for anything, you can do everything on foot, it is close to shops in general, restaurants, tourist attractions such as the trendy neighborhood of Passaga, Ilha do Japonês, Forte São Mateus and Orla do Calçadão da Praia do Forte. Literally standing in the sand. This part of the beach is perfect for children and the elderly, as it does not have strong waves, in addition to clean and transparent waters.We started our activities as a vacation rental now in September 2022.
The property is in front of Praia do Forte in Cabo Frio, more specifically in the corner of the fort, close to the lifeguard post 1, foot in the sand kiosk, Lido restaurant and Fort São Matheus.
The suite is comfortable and cozy, furnished with a double bed and one single bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It does not have air conditioning, but the room is well ventilated and we have a fan.
The atmosphere is familiar, the location of the property is very good, one of the best value for money in the city. It is important to point out that as we are not an inn, we do not provide bed / bath linen, asking guests to bring their personal items. However, we have a rental service for such items, in which we only charge a fee for the laundry service.
