The mill kitnet is super cozy, airy and comfortable. Pleasant corner decorated with great care to provide you with a very pleasant stay. It is five minutes from the square and shopping Peró, where there is live music on weekends and a very diverse food court. It's only a 10-minute walk to the beach, isn't it a show?

Hello welcome to the mill kitnete!!! decorated with simplicity but you will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, TV, ceiling fan, duplex fridge, stove with oven, microwave, sandwich maker. coffee, plates, glasses, cutlery and wine glasses, bathroom with luxury shower and hot shower and service area with sink and clothes dryer.

The kitnet is in a three-story building and this one is on the second floor, so it has a flight of stairs. Quiet and safe place

I love being with my guests and I make it a point to be there to receive them and to be able to advise them in whatever way possible so that they have a pleasant and peaceful stay. Tivemos uma excelente recepção da anfitriã Laura,que desde o primeiro contato nos atendeu com muita atenção e carinho e ainda nos aguardou com um mimo❤️.A kitnet é exatamente como no anúncio,super aconchegante,limpa,tudo decorado com muito bom gosto,com todos os utensílios de cozinha, microondas,cafeteira, sanduicheira,geladeira,isso nos fez sentir em casa.A localização é ótima,ao lado da padaria que é muito boa, açougue, supermercado,hortifruti,lojas de moda praia pra garantir o biquine novo, bicicletaria aonde se pode aluga bike para passear no bairro que é tranquilo.Fica pertinho do Shopping Peró que tem aquela musica ao vivo a noite e várias opções de restaurantes e lojas abertas o dia todo.Fica bem perto da praia do Peró e das Conchas que é excelente para crianças e curtir em família.Vale muito a pena vir pra cá. Passionate about the beauties and tranquility of Peró some time ago I decided to build a house to spend the season with my family but I decided to share my love with other people and this small inn was born where there is a lot of peace and tranquility.
