- Complete kitchen with built-in furniture, stove with oven, microwave, cookware, couscous, coffee maker, thermos, refrigerator, purified water filter, blender, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board.
We have 02 glasses of wine (crystal), 02 of sparkling wine and 01 of Gin, as well as a complete set of standardized/exquisite dishes and cutlery for 04 people to provide a dinner for two or with the family in style;

- Bathroom with all new coatings, furniture, mirrors, vase and accessories;
- The apartment is on the ground floor, but it is a suspended ground floor (those who pass in front do not see who is inside). There is a ramp to climb before reaching the hall.
- It has Wi-Fi and a security camera system (directed only to the entrance door to provide extra security but without compromising guest privacy).
