Located 90 km from Recife airport, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Its landscape is shaped by the estuary of the Formoso River and a large reef barrier that forms natural pools at low tide. The calm sea is ideal for water sports. One of the main attractions of the place is the Chapel of São Benedito, just 60 meters from the bungalow. All this can be enjoyed in a very comfortable and well-structured environment for a beach bungalow.
The bungalow
Number 17, private pool, inside the Eco Resort Praia dos Carneiros Condominium, it has a privileged view of all the beauties of Praia dos Carneiros, as it is literally on the seafront!
Guest access
Because it is located within a condominium, all common areas are freely accessible to guests, such as the swimming pool, games room, restaurant, convenience store, etc., within the rules of use defined in the internal regulations. As an example, it is forbidden to use the gym while wearing sandals.
Other observations
Like all gated communities, Eco Resort Praia dos Carneiros has Internal Regulations with a series of rules for coexistence approved at the Owners' Meeting. Some of these rules may be considered limiting for some of those interested in renting, therefore, if you wish to have access to this document, we can make it available in advance for you to read and understand.
