Located on the seafront of the charming Praia dos Carneiros, this exclusive residential complex offers a unique accommodation experience, combining comfort, structure and charm in a property consisting of two independent houses in a rustic style, with high-quality furnishings. Ideal for large families, groups or long-term retreats, the space was carefully planned to provide memorable moments with sea views and total integration with the surrounding nature.
At the entrance, the property has two garages — one for up to four cars and the other with capacity for two vehicles — facilitating guest access and welcoming them into a leafy and welcoming environment. The gardens harmoniously connect the two residences, both with complete leisure areas, including sofas, hammocks, showers, sun loungers, large tables and balconies equipped for outdoor meals and gatherings.
The first house, with a privileged view of the sea, is the heart of the property. Its outdoor area houses a modern L-shaped pool with a handrail, a futsal table, hammocks and several tables with chairs for up to 20 people distributed throughout the rooms. Inside, the air-conditioned living room has three sofas, armchairs, a 40-inch TV, coffee and dining tables, as well as a wine fridge, coffee maker and decorative objects in a rustic style. The fully equipped kitchen has two refrigerators, a freezer, a 5-burner stove, an air fryer, a blender and a sandwich maker.
In the main house's bedroom area, there are five bedrooms, three of which are suites and two additional bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with three-door wardrobes. Two suites have a balcony facing the sea and a hammock or outdoor table. One of the bedrooms has three double beds with extra beds, accommodating up to nine people. All bathrooms have a glass shower enclosure, heated shower, vertical or horizontal mirrors and modern fixtures. A hallway with built-in closets, decorative paintings and a guest toilet complements the circulation between the rooms.
The second house, equally cozy and integrated into the landscaping, has a gourmet area with a masonry barbecue, an American-style barbecue, a masonry countertop with a stone top, a sink with a basin and a set of tables and sofas for integration.
