Arrive with just your bags, the rest will be ready for you: In the apartment: - 200mb Wi-Fi - Self Check-in and check-out - Air conditioning in both bedrooms and one bedroom with fan - 32" Smart TV with Netflix and Paramount - Bed linen and towels included - Compact kitchen with microwave, stove, blender, sandwich maker, pots and refrigerator - 1 garage space Apartment with 1 suite with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with air conditioning, 1 social bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with air conditioning, 1 social bedroom with a double bed and fan, 1 social bathroom, living room for 2 environments, large and complete kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and household utensils. Living room with large sofa and smart TV, combined dining room. 1 garage space Residential building with garage included. The key will be inside the safe at the entrance of the building. We will give you the password on the day of check-in. The remote control The garage will be inside the apartment. I will always be available to offer assistance to our guests. On the TV, you will have access to Paramount movies and Netflix. When entering and leaving the building, be careful to close the gates and the glass door, for your safety and that of the other residents. When leaving the apartment, place the key in the safe and the remote control on the table. Please let us know when you are leaving. Our apartment is known for its peace and quiet, and we must not lose this characteristic by making excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors. Trash should be disposed of in the building's trash can, which is located on the outside of the building and can be accessed via the sidewalk. Do not open windows that do not have screens because of mosquitoes.
