Wonderful house by the sea, right on the sand, recently renovated, on the best stretch of Forte Orange Beach. It has a leisure area with swimming pool, shower, deck, barbecue, garden, terrace, and an external maid's quarters.We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with air conditioning, living room with TV, kitchen complete with all necessary utensils, fully furnished and prepared for the total comfort of our guests.

✅ A security deposit of R$500 will be charged, to be deposited up to 24 hours before entering the house and returned within 48 hours after leaving.
✅ Energy consumption must be paid separately, energy meter will be checked at entry and exit. It can be deducted from the deposit amount - if you wish. The amount of Kw consumed will be multiplied by R$ 1 real.
✅ Caretaker for pool and garden maintenance included.
✅ Bed and bath linen are not provided, but can be negotiated if really necessary. We have 10 pillows and quilts in the house for complimentary use.
✅ Events allowed for up to 20 people, with up to 10 people staying overnight. Consult conditions.
