The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The living room has a television and a comfortable workspace. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a double bed with all the necessary linens, and a floor-to-ceiling window with a city view, as well as a comfortable bathroom.
The studio has a fully equipped environment, with private Wi-Fi, located on the 10th floor and an electronic lock.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, electric coffee maker, induction cooktop, plates, cutlery, glasses, goblets, beer mug, cups, pots, thermos, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, and everything else needed to prepare your meals, in addition to a sink, a laundry tub, and a countertop for meals.
The room has a sofa bed, a smart TV, a workspace with a swivel chair, as well as books and games.
The room features a double bed with full linens, a standard-sized wardrobe with a mirror, a standing fan, blackout curtains, and a floor-to-ceiling window with city views. We also provide blankets, towels, linens, and pillows.
The bathroom is fully equipped with an electric shower, glass shower enclosure, toilet, sink with cabinet, and hair dryer.
The building features remote concierge service, wheelchair access, lobby, winter garden, games room, gym, outdoor relaxation area, dog bathing area, Omo paid laundry (reservations and tokens required for washing and drying), and a rooftop with a panoramic city view. There are also recycling bins with sorting system and shopping carts with card access.
ATTENTION
The apartment does not have a parking space.
To access the building, which has a remote concierge service, entry authorization will be granted upon submission of a 3x4 photo (selfie) without facial expression, along with the ID and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) of the guests for facial recognition. For the apartment, we will send the access code to the Studio a few days before check-in.
The trash cans are located at the garage entrance (the apartment does not have a parking space, but the building does) and are accessed via a tag located inside the studio. The trash cans are sorted. The shopping cart is released using a card also located in the apartment and must be returned each month.
