This studio apartment is a standalone unit and is not part of the hotel, which also operates in the same building.

1. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, and food and drinks at the restaurant are paid for separately.
2. The parking lot has few spaces, it's a rotating system, and there's no guarantee of a space being available.
3. The recreation area is freely accessible, but may be subject to restrictions imposed by the condominium.
The building's structure is incredible! A recently inaugurated building, everything is brand new and of excellent quality. All this to provide you with a peaceful and perfect stay!

1. GUEST DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT FOR CHECK-IN AUTHORIZATION.
2. ACCESS IS ONLY PERMITTED TO PEOPLE LISTED IN THE RESERVATIONS. NO VISITS ARE ALLOWED. (AN EXTRA PERSON FEE WILL BE CHARGED).
3. Breakfast is not included.
The daily rate for accommodation does not include breakfast, in order to make the price more attractive. In addition, the apartment has all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
4. Cleaning is not a daily task.
The cleaning fee paid by the guest covers the cleaning, tidying, and washing of bed linens and towels prior to occupancy, a service that is performed only once. However, if the guest wishes, they may request a one-time cleaning and tidying service...
