The unit comprises a living room with integrated kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and stove, ideal for quick meals. In the living room, relax on the sofa while watching TV or enjoy the terrace overlooking a tranquil garden. The space accommodates up to 4 people, providing a comfortable stay.
IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to the Unit's Rules of Use!
- Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Please note that you do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per item. The same applies to stained sheets.
- Procedure: After confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, and a selfie for data verification. The same procedure applies to all accompanying guests listed on the. This measure is part of our safety protocol to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out must be done by 12 PM. The interval between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out is not possible. We strive to provide the best possible stay and for this we also count on the guest's cooperation in respecting our schedules.
* Access Information: From check-in onwards, the guest is responsible for their accommodation. If there are any problems with the lock or damage, this must be reported to us; however, resolving the problem will be at the expense of the account holder or the guest using the unit.
