Our 20 m2 studio accommodates up to 3 people, with a double bed and an extra bed positioned on the floor that can be pulled out when needed. The TV is a 43-inch smart TV already connected to the Wi-Fi network. The 12000 BTU split inverter air conditioner offers fast cooling and the WindFree mode, which distributes air through 23,000 micro-holes, eliminating direct cold air and making the environment more pleasant.
IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to the Apartment Usage Rules!
- Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.
-Reservation Procedure: After confirming your reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. The same procedure will be required for each accompanying person. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.
-Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. The period between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or requests before this time are not possible. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!
INFORMATION: In case of loss of the ACCESS CARD/KEY or if this item is left INSIDE the room, a FINE will be charged to access the unit, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or purchase a new CARD/KEY.
In case of loss, a replacement fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged.
