IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to the Unit's Rules of Use!
- Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Please note that you do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per item. The same applies to stained sheets.
- Procedure: After confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, and a selfie for data verification. The same procedure applies to all accompanying guests listed on the. This measure is part of our safety protocol to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out must be done by 12 PM. The interval between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out is not possible. We strive to provide the best possible stay and for this we also count on the guest's cooperation in respecting our schedules.
* Access Information: From check-in onwards, the guest is responsible for the accommodation. If there are any problems with the lock or damage, this must be reported to us; however, resolving the problem will be at the expense of the owner or the guest using the unit.
Our wonderful apartment features a suite with a double bed, air conditioning, and bed and bath linens; a living room with a large and comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi; a compact kitchen with basic household utensils and plenty of comfort for an excellent stay. The building has a 24-hour reception, rotating parking space (subject to availability), a wonderful swimming pool, gym, games room, and playroom for children.
