Our studio offers comfortable accommodation for up to 3 people, with a double bed and an extra bed on the floor that can be pulled out when needed. Equipped with a TV, mini-fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, and blender, ideal for quick meals. The apartment measures 26 square meters and is also adapted for people with disabilities. Comfort and convenience in one place, guaranteeing an exceptional experience.
IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to the Apartment Usage Rules!
- Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.
-Reservation Procedure: After confirming your reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie. The same procedure will be required for each accompanying person. This is our safety standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.
-Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. The period between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. Early check-in or requests before this time are not possible. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. We are here to ensure a memorable experience for you!
INFORMATION: In case of loss of the ACCESS CARD/KEY or if this item is left INSIDE the room, a FINE will be charged to access the unit, as we will need to call a locksmith and/or purchase a new CARD/KEY.
In case of loss, a replacement fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged.
