Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the corresponding replacement cost for the damaged item will be charged. Please note that you should not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per item. The same applies to stained sheets.
Procedure: After confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your identity document (front and back) or driver's license, as well as a selfie for data verification.
