• Check-in from 2 PM and check-out until 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Bed linens are not changed during your stay. The linens include one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dish towels and floor cloths. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning service is only performed at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
