The Setai Yacht Condominium offers an excellent air-conditioned structure with a gym, swimming pool, elevator, parking, 24-hour reception, beach views and ample leisure space with plenty of comfort for your best beach vacation. The 31.64 m2 apartment accommodates up to four (4) guests and has an excellent structure with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and a fully equipped and compact kitchen to enhance your stay. All this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.
72 hours before check-in, guests must inform the arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF).
After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and for the parking space (when there is a space available).
