Cabo Branco is considered the most popular beach in Paraíba, mainly due to its beauty, length and ideal activities for the perfect vacation. The view with coconut trees invites all visitors to relax on this beach, which has the longest coastline in João Pessoa. The sea with greenish tones and warm waters attract families and young people from the region and from all over Brazil.
The 30m2 Apartment accommodates up to four (4) people, and also has an equipped and compact kitchen to add to your stay. All of this, with easy access to the main roads and a perfect location for going to the center, bars and restaurants of the beautiful city. The Unity Building offers an excellent structure with Life Fitness Gym, Swimming Pool, Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Laundry Elevator and plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach.
