• Equipped kitchen: Compact kitchen with essential utensils, allowing for complete autonomy in meal preparation.
• Cozy concept: Decor and layout designed to optimize space and ensure well-being throughout your stay.
• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no designated spaces and no reservations possible). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of any accompanying persons (full name and CPF/tax ID number) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after reservation confirmation.
