3. Breakfast is not included.
The daily rate for accommodation does not include breakfast, in order to make the price more attractive. In addition, the apartment has all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
4. Cleaning is not a daily task.
The cleaning fee paid by the guest covers the cleaning, tidying, and washing of bed linens and towels prior to occupancy, a service performed only once. However, if the guest wishes, they may request extra tidying and cleaning, which will be charged at the same rate as the cleaning fee...
