Studio apartment with a double bed, air conditioning, kitchenette with basic utensils and household items, TV, appliances, bed linens and towels. The building has a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi and rotating parking.
Internal Regulations / House Rules
1. Check-in is always after 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). It is essential that this schedule is respected because we need a break for cleaning and preparation for the next guest who will check in from 3:00 PM onwards. If the apartment is not vacated within 30 minutes, the person responsible for cleaning will remove all belongings, and the guests staying there will be subject to a fine of R$ 50.00 per hour exceeding the limit.
*Last-minute reservations may result in changes to the check-in time.
2. Respect quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The use of radios, stereos, DVDs, karaoke videos, musical instruments, or any sound-producing device, must be done in a way that does not disturb the neighbors, observing the regulations of the Regional Administration and Police Regulations (Law 4.591/64 art. 10, III and art. 19; Civil Code, art. 554, and Law of Criminal Offenses, art. 42).
3. No visitors are allowed, meaning that entry to the apartment and leisure areas will not be permitted for anyone not already included in the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per person per day.
4. The guest must arrange for the repair or replacement of any part or appliance belonging to the Condominium or the unit that has been damaged by him, his companions, or that is providing service for him, within 24 (twenty-four) hours. In the case of rentals reserved for daily or seasonal stays, the guest will be notified and the insurance and/or security deposit stipulated for the repair or maintenance of the property will be activated.
5. Do not ride elevators wearing beachwear, shirtless, or barefoot.
6. The use of sound systems, beverages in glass bottles, and glass cups is prohibited in the pool area.
7. Do not hang clothes, towels, rugs, shoes, or any other items to dry on the balcony or windowsill of the unit. Spitting, throwing papers, or anything else...
