Apartment equipped with two bedrooms, air conditioning in one bedroom and a large fan in the other, kitchenette with basic utensils and household items, building Wi-Fi, smart TV, appliances, bed linens and towels. The building has a 24-hour reception. It has a rotating parking garage.

MIRAMAR is a vacation rental company and we are not a hotel.

The goal is to provide guests with accommodation that meets their expectations, as well as to avoid the subsequent publication of negative reviews resulting from unfair comments that do not reflect reality, since we will provide all the information below with the utmost accuracy and clarity.
1. GUEST DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT FOR CHECK-IN AUTHORIZATION.
2. ACCESS IS ONLY PERMITTED TO PEOPLE LISTED IN THE RESERVATIONS. NO VISITS ARE ALLOWED. (AN EXTRA PERSON FEE WILL BE CHARGED).
3. Breakfast is not included.
The daily rate for accommodation does not include breakfast, in order to make the price more attractive. In addition, the apartment has all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
4. Cleaning is not a daily task.
The cleaning fee paid by the guest covers the cleaning, tidying, and washing of bed linens and towels before occupancy, a service performed only once. However, if the guest wishes, they may request extra tidying and cleaning, which will be charged at the same rate as the initial fee. Our linens consist of sheets and towels; blankets and comforters are not provided. Stained linens (makeup, ink, food, etc.) will incur a replacement charge.
5. Parking is on a rotating basis (subject to availability).
6. POOL MAINTENANCE
Always on Mondays and Thursdays, although this may change at the building's discretion.
7. Cleaning follows strict standards, but occasional errors may occur.
