- Procedure: After confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, and a selfie for data verification. The same procedure applies to all accompanying guests listed on the. This measure is part of our safety protocol to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out must be done by 12 PM. The interval between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out is not possible. We strive to provide the best possible stay and for this we also count on the guest's cooperation in respecting our schedules.
* Access Information: From check-in onwards, the guest is responsible for the accommodation. If there are any problems with the lock or damage, this must be reported to us; however, resolving the problem will be at the expense of the owner or the guest using the unit.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a mini-fridge, cooktop, and microwave, making it easy to prepare quick and convenient meals. We also provide bed linens and towels, as well as basic household utensils to prepare and enjoy meals in the comfort of your own space.
