Located 50 meters from the beach, this wonderful apartment is well laid out in a unique space comprising a compact kitchen with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, a double bed with reading lights that add a cozy touch to the ambient light, a separate shower and toilet with hot water for added convenience, and the great differentiating factor.

IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to the Unit's Rules of Use!
- Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged. Please note that you do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per item. The same applies to stained sheets.
- Procedure: After confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, and a selfie for data verification. The same procedure applies to all accompanying guests listed on the. This measure is part of our safety protocol to ensure peace of mind for everyone.
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out must be done by 12 PM. The interval between 12 PM and 3 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in or late check-out is not possible. We strive to provide the best possible stay and for this we also count on the guest's cooperation in respecting our schedules.
