Close to the city's trendiest restaurants, such as Bar do Cuscuz and Sky Bar, Pontal do Cabo and Guliver Mar can be reached and found in the surrounding area with a short walk along the waterfront.
The apartment is 1.8 km from Cabo Branco Lighthouse, 2.7 km from Tambaú Beach, 3.5 km from the Handicraft Market, and 17 km from Presidente Castro Pinto International Airport.
Blue Sunset is located on the beachfront of Cabo Branco Beach, with a beautiful ocean view. The flat offers cozy and comfortable apartments (with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, air conditioning in the bedroom (living room air conditioning is deactivated) and wardrobes), free rotating parking, and an outdoor pool with a privileged view – it's something out of a movie!
On Mondays, the pool is under maintenance and the area is unavailable (Except on public holidays).

3. Breakfast is not included.
The daily rate for accommodation does not include breakfast, in order to make the price more attractive. In addition, the apartment has all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils.
4. Cleaning is not a daily task.
The cleaning fee paid by the guest covers the cleaning, tidying, and washing of bed linens and towels before occupancy, a service performed only once. However, if the guest wishes, they may request extra tidying and cleaning, which will be charged at the same rate as the initial fee.
